Bio
Dr. Sam Gartland grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He received a degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University and his Veterinary Medical Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed a small animal rotating internship at Oradell Animal Hospital. Since then he has worked in emergency and general practice. His professional interests include emergency and critical care, surgery, toxicology, and internal medicine.
Dr. Gartland's interests outside of veterinary medicine include spending time with his four-year-old son, Mac, and soon a King Charles Cavalier! Additionally, his hobbies include cooking, traveling, sports, spending time with friends, and playing guitar.
