Bio
Dr. Rachel Shelangoski joined Creature Comforts in 2023 after earning her DVM from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is originally from the Cedar Rapids area and also attended Iowa State for her undergraduate degree. Dr. Shelangoski has special interests in surgery, endocrinology, and reproduction.
She resides in Grimes with her fiancé and two dogs, Odin and Ruby. Odin is even a blood donor at Iowa State! In her free time, Dr. Shelangoski can be found riding her horse, reading, and watching hockey.
