Bio
Dr. Emily Gillette earned her bachelors degree in Biology from LaSalle University. She then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at Michigan State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019.
She has worked in small animal general practice and urgent care for the past 5 years. She recently started relief work, helping veterinary hospitals in both Philadelphia and South Jersey. She enjoys orthopedic, behavioral, dermatology and quality of life cases as well as soft tissue surgery. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and is fear free certified.
Dr. Gillette has a “coconut retriever” named Reese, an off the track thoroughbred named Niall, and three sassy cats, Todd, Ted and Edith. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, yoga and traveling!
