Bio
Dr. Anna Podgorska obtained her undergraduate degree from Fordham University, her master’s degree from Columbia University, and her veterinary degree from Tufts University. Post-graduation, she completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship at the ASPCA. She then spent several years working as a general practitioner in New York City.
Currently, Dr. Anna divides her time between Fine Animal Hospital as well as the Westchester SPCA. She is certified in veterinary medical acupuncture. Dr. Anna is also Fear Free and Cat Friendly Veterinarian certified.
Dr. Anna’s professional interests include feline medicine, shelter medicine, pain management, and palliative care.
Outside of work, Dr. Anna enjoys fostering and socializing kittens, practicing yoga, hiking, cooking vegan food, and gardening. She shares her home with her husband, four cats, and a dog.
